To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bookzstore shall not be liable for any books, content, or materials supplied by third parties that are alleged to be unauthorized, infringing, pirated, counterfeit, or otherwise unlawful. However, where we receive a valid complaint or notice, we may review, suspend, or remove the listing as appropriate.

5. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other details are accurate. However, we do not warrant that such information is error-free, complete, or current.

6. Pricing and Payments

7. Order Acceptance

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners, incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, natural events, strikes, public disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns and Refunds

Bookzstore reserves the right to temporarily hide, restrict, or remove any listing while a complaint or rights claim is being reviewed.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including our name, logo, design, layout, text, graphics, icons, interface, and software, is the property of Bookzstore or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent, except as permitted under applicable law.

If you submit reviews, feedback, comments, images, or any other content to the Platform, you grant Bookzstore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute such content for business, marketing, support, and operational purposes, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted to limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law. If we receive a valid notice, complaint, or legal claim, we may take appropriate action, including removal of the listing, suspension of the seller, or cooperation with lawful authorities.

15. Limitation of Liability
